10x Filing Clerks (Grade B2)

Position Overview

WUM Properties Ltd t/a MODEL, part of the O&L Group of Companies, is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Filing Clerk (Grade B2). The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate receiving, filing, and maintenance of invoices and supporting documentation to ensure smooth supplier payment processes and proper record keeping.

Key Purpose of the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that invoices, claims, and Proof of Delivery (POD) documents are properly recorded, filed, and readily available to support efficient financial processing and compliance with company standards.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)

  • Minimum of 12 months’ administrative experience

Advantageous Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in a creditors or finance department

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately file invoices, supplier statements, claims, and PODs

  • Maintain well-organised filing systems (numerical, alphabetical, and date-based)

  • Retrieve documents promptly for reconciliations, audits, or management requests

  • Match invoices with supporting documentation, including PODs and claims

  • Create, manage, and archive physical and electronic folders as required

  • Print and extract PODs and claims from ARCH when necessary

  • Follow up with stores regarding outstanding or missing invoices

  • Provide documentation support during internal and external audits

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures
