Main Purpose of Position
Reporting to the Senior Account Receivable Supervisor, the main purpose of this position shall be but not limited to respond to basic client inquiries and other clerical tasks related to maintaining the accounts receivable records.
Comply with G4S financial invoicing policies and procedures.
Receive clients’ payments for services rendered and collection of overdue accounts.
Post received payments and receipts to cashbook and other allocations.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Reconcile debtors’ accounts.
Create, maintain and update clients’ master data file.
Draft required weekly and monthly reports.
Build and maintain good customer relations as well as promptly resolve all client queries.
Maintain confidentially of Company and clients information.
Perform ad hoc debtor and required administration duties.
