Are you an experienced accountant looking for your next opportunity? Paragon Namibia is seeking a skilled Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support management with accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

💼 Financial Reporting & Accounting

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare monthly financial reports.

  • Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and manage year-end reporting.

💰 Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.

  • Issue customer invoices and monitor outstanding balances.

📊 Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Assist in annual budgets and monitor financial performance.

  • Recommend cost-control strategies to management.

🧾 Taxation & Compliance

  • Prepare VAT, PAYE, and income tax returns.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

👥 Payroll & Internal Controls

  • Review payroll entries and reconcile accounts.

  • Maintain and improve internal financial controls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • 3–5 years’ relevant accounting experience.

  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
