Job Purpose

The Consultant, Sales – Central North role is responsible for driving sales growth within an existing client portfolio while acquiring new clients within the Small Enterprise (SE) and Business Banking segments. The position also focuses on actively promoting the Fleet value proposition to both internal and external stakeholders to generate new fleet opportunities and attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales from an existing client portfolio

  • Acquire new Small Enterprise and Business Banking clients

  • Promote fleet solutions to internal and external stakeholders

  • Identify and convert new fleet and business banking opportunities

  • Strengthen client relationships to support long-term retention

  • Drive cross-selling and up-selling of relevant banking products

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • NQF Level: 7

Experience Required

  • 3–4 years’ experience in sales

  • Proven experience with banking products, particularly card acquiring
