📌 Position Details

  • Job Title: Company Executive Chef

  • Location: Swakopmund, Namibia

  • Industry: Hospitality & Culinary Services

🍽️ Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage kitchen teams across all restaurant venues

  • Design, develop, and update innovative menus

  • Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation

  • Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene

  • Train, mentor, and inspire culinary staff

  • Oversee operational efficiency and kitchen performance

✅ Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef

  • Proven leadership and team management skills

  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

  • Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred)

  • Ability to manage multiple kitchens effectively
