Position: Procurement Administration Clerk
Location: Head Office, Windhoek
Position Overview
A reputable organisation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Procurement Administration Clerk to provide administrative and procurement support at its Head Office in Windhoek. The successful candidate will work closely with the Procurement Manager and Senior Management to support pricing, compliance, stock management, and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support within the procurement department

Assist with pricing updates, promotions, and procurement documentation

Support compliance processes and internal controls
-
Participate in stock takes and assist with stock-related reporting

Assist with claims processing and supplier-related documentation
-
Work closely with management to ensure accurate and timely procurement support
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 (minimum 23 points)
-
1–3 years’ experience in procurement or administrative roles
-
Valid Code BE driver’s licence
-
Namibian citizenship
Advantageous
-
Experience working with the AgriSmart system
