Key Performance Areas
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Adhering to labour sales and performance targets
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
Coordinating progress control with technical teams to meet deadlines
Maintaining continuous communication with customers regarding service bookings and follow-ups
Ensuring jobs are pre-costed and invoiced before vehicle collection
Providing timely feedback to customers in case of delays
Pre-printing daily bookings in advance and managing work-in-progress (WIP)
Monitoring and controlling cash outstanding
Adhering to warranty, extended warranty, and service plan SOPs
Ensuring service plan or fleet authorizations are obtained before work begins
Sending job cards to controllers or foremen for job allocation and assisting with ad hoc tasks when required

Experience and Qualifications
To be considered, applicants should meet the following requirements:
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
At least 2 years’ experience in the motor industry
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office; experience with E-Toyota and Motodata will be an advantage)
Previous Toyota franchise experience will be an advantage
Valid driver’s license
