Job Purpose

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage file administration related to operational accounting.

  • Keeping track of all internal service requests on a daily basis for Invoicing purposes
  • Files for finalized shipments to be handed to debtors department on a, daily basis, for invoicing

  • Update and distribute daily payment forecasts

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12.
  • Office Administration with financial background and experience of at least 2 (two years).
