Job Purpose
Responsible for the provision of administrative support to the operations personnel
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage file administration related to operational accounting.
- Generating on a daily basis, Requesitions and Purchase s required by freight operators
- Distribution of Purchase Orders to various Suppliers and Service Providers
- Keeping track of all internal service requests on a daily basis for Invoicing purposes
- Files for finalized shipments to be handed to debtors department on a, daily basis, for invoicing
- Daily complete and update log sheets with invoicing details
- Update and distribute daily payment forecasts

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12.
- Office Administration with financial background and experience of at least 2 (two years).
- Must be fully bilingual and knowledge of another language will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Word).
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and reports.
- Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
- Knowledge of logistics requirements will be advantageous.
