GRILLER x1
The Griller position requires a minimum of two years experience as a griller. Candiates who pass the product knowledge assessment (Pass Mark is 80%), shall have the opportunity to a 2 week on-the-job training/ assessment.
- Product knowledge and experience in grilling game, beef and chicken is a requirement.
- The Griller will need to be able to work under pressure and co-ordinate the completion of table orders accurately and on-time.
- Ensure all opening and closing duties are performed for their desiganted griller station.
- Perform effectively as part of a team and maintain company service expectations.
- Candidates will be required to work under pressure in a fast paced yet efficient kitchen environment.

- Proof of Namibian citizenship.
- Conduct certifcate (not older than 3 months)
- 80% pass mark for Product Knowledge assessment.
- Successful completion of 2 week on-the-job evaluation
