Human Resources Consultant
We are looking for an HR consultant to join the team and provide expertise on a broad range of human resource (HR) management concerns. Serves as a first point-of-contact for Y-Fem departments regarding day-to-day HR-related questions, needs, and problem resolution. Provides advice and connects departments to resources, services, and information. Maintains and develops knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and organisational policies, processes and resources.
Finance and Operations Co-ordinator
We are looking to hire a knowledgeable financial consultant to provide financial guidance to Y-Fem in order to help them accomplish their financial goals. The financial consultant's responsibilities include assessing the organisation’s financial situations, explaining the pros and cons of various expenditure strategies, answering all finance-related questions, and addressing Y-Fem’s concerns and strengthening organisational financial tools.
