Job description 

• Daily Stock level Management
• Stock orders Administration
• Updating stock information on Omni Accounting system
• Comparing items received against items ordered
• Compiling daily reports and addressing inventory discrepancies
• Maintaining records of pricing. purchases and other relevant information
• Performing random checks
• Generate GRV'S and GlV's
• Debtor Creditor Management
• Cash up reconciling
• Stock Controller skills and qualifications
• Thorough attention to detail
• Customer service skills.
• Organisation and time management skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Familiarity with Omni Accounting or willing to learn.
• Ability to work well with suppliers, customers and other team members.
• Active listening skills.
• Computer Literacy
• Experience in MS Office Word/Excel
