Vacancy: 5x data clerk and 1x office assistant

2. DATA CLERKS x5; DUTY STATION: OSHAKATI & RUNDU (6 MONTHS CONTRACT)

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support dala entry from DREAMS safe spaces and health lacilities in conjunction with Team
Leaders, Site Coordinators, Community Care Workers, Dreams Nurses, and other cadres.

2. Responsible for completion, cleaning, and verificat ions of DREAMS data at district level including:
Enter paper-based lorm data into electronic database.
Maintain accurate and up-to-dated data for DREAMS services
Compare data entered with the source document as well as data on registers and confirm
accuracy of dala as needed.
Contact prepares of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies or data missing
Hevew data captured and ensure its accuracy tor weekly reports.
Enter data into reporting templates (DHIS2 on weekly basis).
Maintain confidentiality of information.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTTS
Diploma, with 1 or more years of administrative and electronic data management
Ability to work independently and as well as in the team.
Good communication skils (verbally and written).
Ability to communicate in English and local languages, and also familiar with local culture.
3.OFFICE ASSISTANT: DUTY STATION: RUNDU (6 MONTHS CONTRACT)

Responsibilities

1. Administration
Answering of telephone calls at the front desk
Recording requests from staff members for goods/services to be procured.
Completing of GSR.
Scheduling meetings and sending meetings invitations to attendees.
Maintaining files.

2. Cleaning Services
Cleaning the overall office.
Ensurng that ne olice tidy and clean all the times.

3. Stock taking
Responsible for receiving office invento ries/gooas
Recording of goods taken from the store room
Keeping inventory/goods of office supplies and communicate to the Procurement Officer for replenishment purposes.
4. Other related duties
Welcoming Visilors to the oftice.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 10 certificate.
At least 2 years working experiences in office cleaning and administ rations
Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in.
Good communication skills
Time management
Serice onentaled
Basic computer SKils.
