Opportunity | Duty Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Effective supervision of the branch’s administrative controls & procedures including petty cash.
  • Check daily cash with Cashier and bank accordingly.
  • Stay up to date with debtors accounts and check for accuracy of Credit Applications Forms.
  • Make out receipts and computer postings for debtors’ payments.
  • Check packaging and process Credit Notes for goods returned.
  • Handle all cash sale corrections.
  • 2IC to Branch Manager.

Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have completed Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 (NSSC-O) with 22 marks.
  • Minimum 2 years’ senior administration experience in the Retail or Building industry.
  • Computer literate – knowledge of the “Kerridge” computer system will be an advantage.
