Opportunity | Duty Description
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Effective supervision of the branch’s administrative controls & procedures including petty cash.
- Check daily cash with Cashier and bank accordingly.
- Stay up to date with debtors accounts and check for accuracy of Credit Applications Forms.
- Make out receipts and computer postings for debtors’ payments.
- Check packaging and process Credit Notes for goods returned.
- Handle all cash sale corrections.
- 2IC to Branch Manager.
Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have completed Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 (NSSC-O) with 22 marks.
- Minimum 2 years’ senior administration experience in the Retail or Building industry.
- Computer literate – knowledge of the “Kerridge” computer system will be an advantage.
