HUMAN RESOURCE PRACTITIONER
Opportunity | Duty Description
Purpose of the position:
Responsible for the functional support and maintenance of all HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and selection
- Management and administration of staff compensation and benefits
- Organisational development
- Employee training and development
- Employee engagement and retention
- Employee health, safety, and wellness
- Employee and industrial relations
- Annual reporting and compliance
Added Advantages | Special Requirement(s)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
- At least five (5) years experience in a generalist role
- Extensive understanding of human resource best practices and the Namibian labour legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organisation
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Fluent in English, additional languages will be advantageous.
- Namibian citizenship
