 HUMAN RESOURCE PRACTITIONER 

Opportunity | Duty Description

Purpose of the position:
Responsible for the functional support and maintenance of all HR functions.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and selection
  • Management and administration of staff compensation and benefits
  • Organisational development
  • Employee training and development
  • Employee engagement and retention
  • Employee health, safety, and wellness
  • Employee and industrial relations
  • Annual reporting and compliance

Added Advantages | Special Requirement(s)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
  • At least five (5) years experience in a generalist role
  • Extensive understanding of human resource best practices and the Namibian labour legislation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organisation
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages will be advantageous.
  • Namibian citizenship
