Position: Client Services Consultant
Department: Operations
Station: Oshakati
Reports to: Senior AdministratorDepartment: Operations
Station: Oshakati
Purpose of the Job:
To provide support, information and problem-solving services to clients.
Key Performance Areas:
- Deal with complaints of members/pensioners dependents
- Provide general information services
- Ensure that client complaints are handled and effective feedback is established
- Provide documentation assistance services
- Pre-verity claims/documents received and transit them for further processing
- Receive and register documents
- Provide client after care service
- Assist various units doing processing work such as annuities, death claims etc.
- Perform data updates
- Biometrics enrolments and verification
- Member education and data integrity.
- Miscellaneous tasks
- Innovation and personal development
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or Marketing from a recognized Institution.
- Three (3) years’ experience working experience in a Retirement Fund Industry of which one (1) year is in a client services role.
