Opportunity | Duty Description
- Answering incoming calls for workshop bookings for repairs and services
- Obtaining the correct information from clients on what is required, in order to attend to all needs of the client
- Ensure maximum hours loaded for the workshop each day
- Assist to manage workshop capacity
- Ensure customers details and all other info as required correct on job cards
- Ensure all required documentation attached to job cards
- Prepare job cards
- Inform parts requirements in advance
- Conducting daily post service follow-up calls and updating of follow-up reports
- Communicating daily Customer Survey Achievements
- Managing of workshop customer courtesy vehicle fleet
- Maintaining of customer reception areas and ensuring that customer are assisted on arrival.
Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)
- Computer literate – Evolve, Excel, Outlook, BSI
- Grade 12
- Excellent phone skills and etiquette
- 5 years experience in the motor industry
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must achieve set deadlines and targets
- Accurate and strong analytical and organizing skills
